Our friends over at @amigosbravos are seeking volunteers for a day of wetland restoration to help bring back the beaver to La Jara Canyon🦫By planting willows, YOU can help create habitat for beavers where they can build dams that will in turn improve the biodiversity in the Rio Fernando de Taos watershed🌾⏰Elliot Hendry with Amigos Bravos will lead a caravan from Taos Cow Anglada at 8:30 am on April 4th, or you can meet eveyone at the La Jara Canyon Wetlands at 9:00 am. The day will go no later than 4:00 pm.🥾Please wear pants, closed-toe shoes, as well as a hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water and anything else you may need for the day, lunch and tools will be provided😊If you have any questions, please reach out to ehendry@amigosbravos.com ... As crazy as it seems, spring is here, and with that comes our last #winterwednesday of the season. With the #firstdayofspring just a couple days ago, there's a lot to be excited about while on trail this spring🌷The wildflowers are starting to bloom, the small critters we've missed during the winter months are awake and active as ever, and it's time to dust off your summer hiking shoes🥾One of our personal favorite parts of spring is the wildflowers, and New Mexico has some of the best (in our opinion), and we'd love to see your phot#trailsconnectusr#enchantedcircletrailsn#enchantedcirclei#nmoutdoorse#nmoutsidem#nmtrues#trailss#nmtrailsu#nmtruels #nmtrails #nmtrue ...
