In cooperation with USFS Carson National Forest, and the Town of Red River, the Enchanted Circle Trails Association seeks a qualified contractor to conduct an Environmental Analysis of a proposed ~14-mile unpaved multi-use pathway between the Village of Questa and the Town of Red River.

Pre-Proposal Meeting
An open-invitation pre-proposal was held via Zoom on Tuesday, January 16 at 10:00 am. Several questions from that meeting have been incorporated into the written responses.
